Homeland junior school – Nantabulirwa is a private licensed community based school registered under the ministry of Education and sports with Emis no.300539 (grade 11 school).
Homeland junior school has classes from Nursery to primary seven, its current enrollment is 450 pupils i.e. 220 boys and 195 girls.

The school offers an inspiring and well-rounded primary school education to pupils from age 3-13+, and with classes from Baby to primary seven. Homeland junior school – Nantabulirwa has evolved considerably over the years and has undertaken an ambitious program of expansion, providing bursaries to students from needy and less privilleged backgrounds .
It now boasts of a purpose to build the school with developing facilities and academic excellence.

Homeland Junior School started in 2010 as a private, community based school by Ms. Nabaweesi
Suzan with an aim of producing a whole child spiritually, mentally and physically in a way
that benefits the school, parents, entire community and the world at large
by providing high standard and quality education and therein building strong relationship with the community.
The school started as a grade one school with classes baby to primary four under three roomed rentals and one
semi-permanent building with teachers:
The school started with three roomed rentals and one wooden structure in the year 2010 in the exact place in which it is located now. Currently the school consists of three permanent blocks which have eleven (11) classrooms on two acres and its still expanding accordingly to its development plan, purposely to accommodate 1000 learners increasing in Mukono District and the country at large. The school has a plan of constructing a computer laboratory, library, skilling rooms, both girls and boys dormitories, paving the compound and rain water harvesting reservoirs.
