Homeland junior school has 17 full time teaching staff with all the necessary
qualifications of a teacher and with good profile.8 of which are male and 9 are female
The non- teaching staff members are nine (9) in number consisting of the school bursar and her assistant, the school secretary /chaplain, two cooks, two matrons, one cleaner and a school driver.

Our recruitment process is done carefully through accepting applications from the community after vacancy advertisements for employment, followed by both written and practical interviews for teaching staff before confirmation and awarding of employment contracts to suitable candidates.
The contracts of both teaching and non-teaching staff members are offered by the school management committee and are renewed annually and subject to the terms and conditions of service of Homeland Junior school- Nantabulirwa
